Friday, July 24: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 25: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
(Pack-up may begin after 3:30 p.m.)

Exhibit Booth Information

Each vendor booth at the SCACA Coaches Academy is designed to provide everything you need for a successful, professional display. Spaces often fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged.

First-come, first-served

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Priority for vendors purchasing multiple booths

Priority is given to SCACA Sponsors and vendors purchasing multiple booths.

Shipping, Unloading, Electricity

Shipping is available. Accessible loading dock. Electricity to the booth is supported by request.

Security Provided

Security of the exhibit area is provided by Greenville Convention Center. Note: SCACA and the Convention Center are not liable for stolen items.

Rules & Regulations for Exhibitors

No exhibitor may assign, sublet, or share booth space.

Only products/services normally sold by the exhibitor may be displayed.

All displays/materials must remain inside booth boundaries.

Exhibitors must submit a list of on-site representatives in advance.

Hospitality suites should not open until after the final session each day.

Food distribution from booths requires Convention Center approval.

Academy name badges are required daily for entry to the Exhibit Hall.

Before You Register, Please Review

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Specific refund deadlines are provided in the current year’s Exhibitor Agreement and Vendor Packet.

Cancellations made before the refund deadline (May 5th) will receive a refund minus a 20% service fee.

Cancellations made after the initial deadline but before the final cutoff will receive a refund minus a 40% service fee.

No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026
